Terms of Service

Terms for this website and the optional managed service.

Start with $5 in Cloud credit. The open-source license governs the software distributed under it; these service terms cover Cloud.

These terms are an agreement between you and ARNX (“arnx”, “we”, “us”). By using this website or arnx Cloud, you agree to the applicable provisions. If you use arnx for a company, you agree for that company too. Our Privacy Policy explains what data we handle.

What these terms cover

• arnx cloud (“arnx models”): the service at api.arnx.dev that runs reviews on our model keys.
• This website, arnx.dev.

Tool calls, Docker tests, the before/after check, and report generation run on your machine. arnx cloud receives the diff, the files the agent reads, the tests it writes and their output, then passes them to its model providers.

arnx Open Source is licensed under Apache License 2.0. Your use of the tool itself is covered by that license, not by these terms. When you run it with your own model keys, your code goes straight to the model provider you chose, under your account and that provider’s terms.

Service availability

arnx Cloud provides managed model access through the CLI. Features, models, limits and prices may change. We may pause or end the service, and we will give 30 days’ notice before ending it when we can. Reviews can be wrong or incomplete: arnx helps you test a change, and you decide what to trust and what to ship.

Your account

• You sign in with GitHub. You must be at least 16.
• Keep the sign-in token on your machine safe. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else is using it.

Your code and your tests

• Only send code you have the right to send, including any code your employer or a client owns.
• You retain your rights in your code. Generated tests remain files you can inspect, retain, edit, or delete, subject to applicable third-party rights and provider terms.
• You let us process your code only to run the reviews you ask for. We do not use it to train models.

Acceptable use

Please don’t:

• abuse, overload or try to break into the service;
• probe, scan or attack our systems, or get around our limits or security;
• resell, share or sublicense access to arnx cloud or your account;
• send code or content you have no right to send, or that is illegal;
• use arnx to build malware or to harm other people or systems.

Respect the usage caps, such as the spend cap per review and the number of reviews at the same time. They protect you and everyone else.

Credits and payment

• New accounts receive $5 in Cloud credit to start.
• arnx cloud runs on prepaid credits, in US dollars. Each review is billed what it used, and the CLI shows the charge per role.
• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
• Unused credits never expire.
• We may change prices. We will give you 30 days’ notice first. Credits you already bought keep their dollar value.
• Taxes: prices exclude taxes. We add VAT or sales tax at checkout where the law requires it.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other users at risk. When we can, we will tell you why first and give you a chance to fix it. You can stop using arnx at any time and ask us to close your account at [email protected].

No warranty

arnx cloud and this website are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will find every bug.

Limitation of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or business. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$100, whichever is more. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For important changes we will give you 30 days’ notice, on this page and by email if you have an account. If you keep using arnx after a change takes effect, the new terms apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. If you are a consumer, you keep the protections of the law where you live, and you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
